Even throughout the construction phase, our focus was on thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach areas such as deep joints and edges. Our innovative 360-degree swivel system, the 2-stage cleaning system and the well thought-out positioning system, as well as the recycling system for the cleaning water are the result of our research and development. We also offer a tailor-made solution for your individual clamping system.

As a series product, we offer our component cleaning machines in two versions: the standard model and the heavy model. We also focus on your individual needs here and adapt our series systems to clamping systems. When selecting the right cleaning solution, we focus on your processes.

  • How does the 3-stage filter system work?

    3 filter stages are: 

    1. coarse chips are removed
    2. fine particles such as dust are sorted out
    3. smallest particles (80my) are screened out by pump filter

  • Which media is used for cleaning?

    The rinsing procedures are based on cleaning with water and water-based degreasers.


    Surfaces are reliably cleaned from contaminants and oils (Drawing, punching, printing, cooling, lubricating oils).


    We tailor the solvents specifically to your processes for optimal cleaning results as well.
